Date: April 25, 2020

Objective: Ariel & Ross had their wedding scheduled for April 25 but when the Coronavirus Pandemic hit New York City, they had to cancel their celebration. However, they remained committed to getting married on that date, and so, surrounded by only immediate family, they held their ceremony along the East River. I captured the moments of the day during this unprecedented time.

(greenhouse) vip event: paperboy x new balance

Client: Greenhouse

Location: SoHo, New York, NY

Date: February 7, 2020

Objective: (Greenhouse) hosted a VIP event at Canal Street Market during New York Mens Fashion Week to celebrate the launch of the highly anticipated Paperboy x New Balance collaboration. My focus on the event was to capture the Paperboy team in the kitchen and some specific influencers that were on the guest list.

Date: November 2-3, 2019

Objective: (Greenhouse), the brand new incubator brand from Foot Locker, made a splash at ComplexCon in their first year of existence. I was on-site to help the brand capture their booth and excitement around it.

Client: Bottomless Closet

Location: Pier 25, New York, NY

Date: September 21, 2019

Objective: Bottomless Closet is a non-profit organization that helps disadvantaged women in NYC enter the workforce and achieve success through resume building, interview prep, and wardrobe improvements. The organization launched its Emerging Leaders Council in November 2018 to attract younger donors and volunteers. The Best Food Forward event was put on by the Council as a fundraiser that included speeches, a workout class, and yoga. I was responsible for capturing the event held on Pier 25 in Manhattan.

fourth of july nathan's hot dog eating contest

Location: Coney Island, Brooklyn, New York

Date: July 4, 2019

Objective: There’s no company in the country that is associated with a holiday quite like Nathan’s is with the Fourth of July. The agency that manages Nathan’s social media accounts hired me to handle the brand’s live event coverage of the world famous hot dog eating contest.

Date: December 11, 2018

Objective: Footaction threw a VIP event/party to celebrate their cozy campaign for holiday 2018. The event in a converted Upper East Side Mansion featured the star of the campaign’s creative and Oakland-born rapper, Guapdad 4000. Product from the season was spread throughout the event and was a focus of the photography requirements.

Objective: Zach wanted to capture the moments after his proposal to Rebecca, but as one of Rebecca’s good friends, my presence would have blown the surprise so I took care of reaction shots and posed shots during the celebration. I also edited the photos from another photographer of the actual proposal (those photos are not included here).

Client: The 4221 Project

Location: Brooklyn Bike Park, Williamsburg, Brooklyn, NY

Date: June 21, 2018

Objective: The 4221 Project is a Brooklyn-based handcrafted wood furniture and skateboard company. With its roots in skateboarding, the company's founder, Ben, wanted to make sure that he had content ready for #GoSkateboardingDay. Brooklyn Bike Park is located right next to the recently completed Domino Park and includes a pump track for bikers and skaters alike. There was also a BMX event going on that day so I was able to capture some riders mid-flight, as well.

Client: Music on the Inside

Location: Private Residence, Union Square, New York City

Date: June 7, 2018

Objective: Music on the Inside (MOTI) is a non-profit organization that connects incarcerated youth with musicians. In its third year, the organization is trying to expand its current network of friends and benefactors. This event was hosted at a private residence near Union Square in Manhattan and included a jazz band, speeches from select board members, and networking.

Objective: The GO Life is a human potential optimizer supplement that was having an event for the fitness media at a boxing gym in Chelsea. The objective was to capture the event for brand use on internal presentations, social media, and their website.

Objective: The 4221 Project is a Brooklyn-based handcrafted wood furniture and skateboard company that is testing the feasibility of launching classes to teach people how to make skateboards from scratch. The objective of the shoot was to provide the 4221 Project with imagery of their first test classes to provide assets with which they can build their website.
