Notes: My team was tasked with creating an event to promote a new connected membership program between Nike and DICK’s Sporting Goods. This event took place at the House of Sport in Victor, NY which is in the Syracuse market and is a hot spot for Syracuse alumni and fans. I ideated and pitched the court to the client. The court, once complete, hosted clinics, games, Syracuse alumni appearances, and a dunk contest during the event.

Notes: A take on the NBA’s 75th Anniversary campaign, NBA Lane, NBA Memory Lane is an influencer franchise that asks the NBA’s celebrity fans to record themselves recalling their favorite memory in League history. Once the footage is received, our team edits the video and sends back to the influencer to post on their owned channel(s).

Notes: NBA Lane is the NBA’s campaign for their 75th anniversary. In order to keep energy on social media high, the League wanted to invite an influencer to the set to create content behind the scenes. Scooter Magruder attended one of the shoot days to create this posts.

Notes: The Spring League expanded in the fall of 2021 into a six team five week league in San Antonio. This led to a requirement for elevated and more diverse asset creation which I took upon myself to complete. From social media graphics for the season champ to standings, rules announcements, schedules, logo releases, coaching announcements, score changes - all graphic design for the season was done by me.

Notes: The Spring League hadn’t updated its sizzle reel - used both for investor and content marketing purposes - since 2017. I was tasked with finding the right creative agency at The Spring League Showcase Denver in July 2020 to create a new sizzle reel for the company.

Notes: Sounds is a series from (Greenhouse) that pulls back the curtain of the come-up with some of the most influential hand-picked musicians in the culture who are on the cusp of becoming household names. Before they reach that point, though, they’ll have the opportunity to chop it up with an industry vet to talk music, the industry, beats, rhymes, and life. All episodes, with the exception of the first one, were briefed to and filmed remotely by the featured talent. I oversaw that pre-production and post-production editing, in addition to the social media rollout and influencer plan for each episode.

Greenhouse had a vision for a music pillar of their brand and had access to the artists. I pitched the creative idea, was responsible for executive direction on-set and in post-production, wrote the editorial pieces that accompanied each episode, and planned the social media rollouts.

Notes: The Spring League brought in former player and motivational influencer, Marcus Peterson, to our Las Vegas camp to create content for the League. However, the production crew arranged to accompany Marcus produce never materialized. I stepped in to ideate and produce the content that he was on-site to create which included video editing using Premier - a skill I am working to develop and become more confident in.

Notes: The Spring League, a company for which I lead digital efforts including social media, played their first ever game against an external opponent (the Japan National Team) on March 1, 2020. We used these graphics to help announce some key players on the roster that took part in this game.

With the launch of the new XFL kicking off in February 2020, 33 of our players were drafted and are one step closer to realizing their professional dreams.

Notes: Air Max Day is an annual day of recognition of the impact of Air Max on the sneaker industry led by Nike. To celebrate, I directed a takeover of Footaction’s social media channels with Air Max content that was repurposed from an Air Max specific photo shoot earlier in the year. Below are the assets that were made for Instagram and were the only posts added to the account that day.

Notes: While freelancing as the social media manager at Footaction, I noticed that #VansChallenge was trending. By lunch, I had filmed my own version of the viral video for the brand and posted it. The post is now the most successful organic Instagram post in brand history in terms of total engagements and total video views.

Notes: Josh Jelks and Jeremy Jones, the co-founders of GA Followers, had been longtime Footaction influencers. I noticed that Josh often turned product we seeded him into amazing creative for his own social media channels unsolicited. Using the talents of someone the brand and myself were already close to, I leveraged that relationship to have Josh become a regular content contributor to Footaction while giving him all credit and creating a new content franchise around #GAFxFTA! To do this I needed to get buy in from multiple internal parties, including a District Manager in Atlanta (where Josh lives) to provide Josh with product quickly so he could turn around his content before the product released to the general public.
